She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Toomer and Julia Toomer; her sister Helen Sypert; her husband John Biggs; and her son Danny Biggs.

She is survived by: her children, Rocky Biggs (KayLynn) and Tina Woodlee (Keith); her grandchildren, Clint Biggs (Brooke), Amanda Singer (Jay), Lacy Barnett (Clint) and Jennifer Woodlee; her great grandchildren, Ashlynn, Brayden, Josh and Alex; and her sister Martha Harvey. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
