It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lowell C. Mullins of Lillian, Texas, born in Grundy, Virginia, who passed away on June 25, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaiah Mullins and Annie Mullins; his siblings, Mabel, Nola, Betty, Patricia, Isaiah Jr. and Kenneth; his daughter-in-law Rosemary; and his grandson Séamus.
He is survived by: his wife Lillian; his children, Lowell II, Michael (Carmen), Mark (Kathleen), Patrick (Susan), Lisa and John (Kim); and his siblings, Evelyn, Norma, Johnny and David. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Due to the unfortunate circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 virus, the funeral services will be held for family only but will be live-streamed Monday, June 29, 2020, 10:30 a. m. via the link: https: //http://www.facebook.com.
