It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Zachary Rene Zepeda of Liberty, Texas, born in Nacogdoches, Texas, who passed away on August 28, 2023, at the age of 33, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Edd Thomas Birdwell, Jr. and Pablo Zepeda. He is survived by: his parents, Fawnya Renae Birdwell and Rene Alfonso Zepeda; his stepparents, Jared Doiron of Liberty and Christine Zepeda of Fort Worth; his children, Isla Zepeda of New Braunfels and Ellis Zepeda of New Braunfels; the mother of his children Marquesa Jackson of New Braunfels; his brother Joshua Zepeda (Cortney Tucker) of Crosby; his nieces, Rylie and Whitlee Zepeda of Crosby; his nephew Everett Zepeda of Crosby; and his grandmothers, Lynda Luman of Crosby, Ninfa Zepeda of Sinton and Denise Beckman of League City. He is also survived by his numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
