Benavides (John), Judy Lynn Sullivan and Robert Eugene Herbert; his sister Marylee Marek; his grandchildren, Kelly Richardson, Jennifer McBride (Draper), Cassie Murphy (James), Brian White, Dylan Herbert and Ken Herbert (Stefanie); and his pet Suzie. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
