He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Arva and Pairlee Ashwood Middleton; and his siblings, Jack Middleton, Wallace Middleton and Levita Vaughn.
He is survived by: his wife Kerrye Sue Hogg Middleton; his children, Constance Middleton, Martin Middleton II (Molly), Jacob Middleton and Catherine McKinley (Casey); and his sisters, Betsy Young (Frank), Ina Bronstrop and Patti Bomer (Don). He is also survived by other loving family members and dear friends.
A memorial service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Houston National Cemetery (10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77038).
