He is survived by: his former wife Betty Jean Jacobs; his sons, Jared (Kimberly) and Jason (Lacee); his wife Carol; and his grandchildren, Kayla Jean Davis, Bailey Marsaw (Colin), Emmalee Davis, Anna Davis, Sarah Davis and Tyler Davis.
