He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Henry Eaton and Susie Calloway Robinson; his siblings, Richard H. Eaton, James Roland Eaton, David Kenneth Eaton, Dalton Steve Eaton, Olivia Tilton, Jenny Elzada Penley, Evelyn Dolores Baker and Emma Jean Ferguson; and his uncle Bo.
He is survived by: his daughter Carlene "Susie" Patton of Liberty, Texas; his grandchildren, Josh Patton (Amanda) of Hardin, Jon Patton (Jennifer) of Hull and B. J. Patton of Crockett, Texas; his great grandchildren, Brooklyn Patton, Luke Patton and Karli Fregia (Ryan); and his great great grandchild Declan Fregia. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family members, and a host of friends.
