She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Eli Chaisson and Mary Merida Strauss Chaisson; her siblings, Dora Bea Chassion, Alma Miller, Sylvina Jolivet, Josph Chaisson, Joyce Reder and Eli Chaisson; her in-laws, Alcee Mancy Miller and Emily Rubit Miller; and her brothers-in-law, George Miller and Lloyd Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Charlette Green, Joan Stiger and Robynn Miller (David Crawford); her grandchildren, Rorie Joseph (Jermaine), Gerran Harris, Rhea Brown (Jayson), Chelsea Miller and Gabby Miller; her great grandchildren, Kaden Stiger, Jaylia Joseph, Jasaan Joseph and Jurnee Harris; and her sister-in-law Elsie Jones of Beaumont. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Through many acts of charity and community service in 1981, she had the honor of becoming a Charter Member of the Meritorious Fourth Degree, Ladies of Grace Division, Inez Y. Bowman Chapter #2.
