He was predeceased by: his parents, Clint Fregia and Bernice Junkins Fregia; his daughter Annette Fregia; and his siblings, Maurice Fregia, Ealson Fregia, Vernon Fregia, Clifton Fregia, Alma Vogel and Mary Fregia.
He is survived by: his children, Marvie Curry (Phillip) of Liberty, Cori Patino (Jason) of Rosharon, Texas and James Fregia (Melissa) of Liberty, Texas; his siblings, Franklin Fregia (Elaine) of Danberry, Texas and Norma Fregia of Liberty, Texas; his grandchildren, Kyle Cunningham, Brayden Patino, Reagan Patino, Jimmie Curry, James Michael Fregia and Krystal Mobley; and his great grandchildren, Brayden Ross, Bryland Ross, Tylor Ross, Carol Joe Roberts, Karlie Ross and Khrislyn Mobley.
