With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norrie Loraine Ashabranner (Liberty, Texas), born in Timpson, Texas, who passed away on April 30, 2018 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Aubrey Porterfield and Ela "Cogburn" Porterfield; and her sister Annis Ruth Bradford. She is survived by: her husband George Nolen Ashabranner of Liberty; her children, George Nolen Ashabranner Jr. of Orange, Patricia Warming (Todd) of Liberty and Mary Butler (Wayne) of Timpson; and her brother Robert Porterfield of Center. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
