He was predeceased by: his father Harold Goddard; and his brother Albert "Buddy" Page (Thomas Page). He is survived by: his mother Lucille Georgiana Christian Page; his wife Elisabeth; his children, Michael Page (Karla-ann) of San Angelo, Jody Armand Page (Daryl Werner) of Australia and Ann Marie Page of Connecticut; his grandchildren, Emily Page (Coby West), Ashley Page and Michayla Page; his great grandchildren, Kash and Cooper West; his brothers, Harold "Buzzy" Page (Louise "Cissy), Gary Page (Joan) and Ronald Page; and his granddaughter Amy Dickson (Joe). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
