He is survived by: his wife Laura Semien; his son Michael Walter Semien Jr. (Mirranda Marlene Rose); his siblings, Anthony Semien, Mary Rita Semien and Edna Marie Colmenero (Clint); his mother-in-law Angelina Papillion; and his close friend Germaine Broussard-Fretty. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
