He was predeceased by: his father George Zamazal (Annette Zamazal). He is survived by: his mother Delores Skow Zamazal; his sons, Clayton Thomas Zamazal (Xander) and George Anton Zamazal; and his siblings, Arnold Louis Zamazal (Gaylyn), Dwayne Allen Ritter and Donna Sue Wendel (Vick). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
