She is survived by: her husband Kenneth E. Ousley of Liberty; her daughter Pat Bagwell (Tim) of Mont Belvieu; her grandchildren, Amy Wiggins of Franklin and Josh Wiggins of Liberty; and her brothers, Rodney West (Bobbie) of Rye, Reggie West of Liberty, Jimmy McHugh (Debbie) of Highlands and Timmy McHugh (Debbie) of Highlands. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
