He was predeceased by: his parents, Guillermo Mendoza and Juana Mendoza Suarez; his father-in-law Antonio Rubio; and his son Conception Mendoza. He is survived by: his wife Maria; and his children, Jose Mendoza (Mari), Jaime Mendoza, Jorge Mendoza, Sandra Garcia (Sandro), Maritza Rodriguez (Eduardo), Juana Hernandez (Polo), Griselda Watts (Joshua) and Edith Gonzales (Jose). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
