She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Wayne Webster, Sr.; her husband Charles "Red" Smart; and her stepfather Davis "Snake" Cormier. She is survived by: her mother Molly Lee Hebert Cormier of Houston; her daughter Priscilla Lea Frazier (Milam Dowdell) of Wallisville; her grandchildren, Alyssa, Abby Frazier, Derek and Courtney Smart; her great grandchild Aspyn Elliott; and her siblings, Kenneth Webster, Jr. (Katherine Catmull) of Austin, Kyle Webster (Mariela) of Texas City and Kimberly Burciaga (Lewis) of Cypress. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
