He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Hebert and Marguerite Egan Hebert; his wife Connie Hebert; and his siblings, Rosemary McKeon, Horace William "Bill" Hebert and Primrose Kitchen.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Catherine Ramirez (Danny), John Hebert, Jr. (Amy) and Stephen Hebert (Julie); his sister Veronica Firtha (Bruce); his grandchildren, Josh Burk (Kristin), Jeremy Burk, Daniel Hebert, David Hebert, Ryan Hebert, Christopher Hebert, Emily Hebert and Megan Salazar (Daniel); and his great grandchildren, Chandler Sanders and Preston Yawn. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
