He is survived by: his mother Virginia Cora Nugent; his children, Jimmie Lee Perkins, Samuel Ray Perkins and Amanda Ruth Swanson (Eddie); his siblings, Kenneth Perkins, Virginia Mae Smith and Evelyn Brents; his grandchildren, Peyton, Korbyn, Braydyn, Trinity, Raylee, Elaina, Emily, Samuel, Landon and Karslynne; and his stepchildren, Krista, Dustin, James and Brian.
