He was predeceased by: his parents, David Harrison Kline and Amy McClendin Kline; and his brother James White Kline. He is survived by: his wife Marsha; his sons, David Kline (Holly) of Brierfield, Alabama and Jerry Kline, Jr. (Mitzi) of Liberty, Texas; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Kline, Brady Kline, Melanie Kline, Jackson Kline and Maci Jo Kline. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
