He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, James Lee McNutt, Sr. and Jerald Lynn Offer; and his great-grandparents, James Theo McNutt, Esther Lee Payne McNutt, Edwin Offer and Wanda Offer.

He is survived by: his parents, Karen Sue Kearly (Stephen Lewis Kearly) and Jeffery Lynn Offer; his siblings, Emily Daun Offer, Lilianna Adel McNutt, Robert Edward Basden and Jaden Elliot Dupree; his grandmothers, Judy Calvetta Offer and Vickie Gayle (Darryl Elmo Torres); and his pets, Cooper and Cali. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins.
