She is survived by: her husband Steve Dennison of Liberty, Texas; her son Jerry Lee Osborn Jr. (Cathy) of Port LaVaca, Texas; her grandchildren, Justin Monroe Osborn (Allie) of Port LaVaca and Heather Osborn of Port LaVaca, Texas; her great grandchildren, Tegan Monroe Osborn and Romy Marie Osborn; and her stepchildren, Steven Heath Dennison of Long View, Texas and Brandi Farrell (Shawn) of San Antonio.
