He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Wayne Elkins and Iris Margaret Pyka Elkins; his son James Albert Elkins; and his brother Wayne Elkins, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Dixi Elkins and Andy Elkins; his grandchildren, Jessica Elkins (Brian Casey), Seth Elkins, Kelsey Cotton (Jacob) and Kaitlin Miller (Colby); his sister Jean Johnson (Elmer); and his nephew Bubba Johnson (Marty). He is also survived by numerous other cousins, loving family members and friends.
