He was predeceased by: his father James David McCormick; his wife Joyce Evelyn McCormick; his sisters, Earline LaBleu, Wanda Jean "Lupe" Dowdell and Peggy Stanley; his grandson Johnathan Dale Ballengee; and his great grandchild Averie Rearden.
He is survived by: his children, David McCormick (Stacie) of Liberty, MIchael "Bubba" Foxworth Jr., Shannon Ballengee (James Thibodeaux) of Fannett, Monica McCormick (Brian McCall) of Liberty, Daina Deville (Carl) of Hardin and Melissa Foxworth of Baytown, Texas; and his siblings, Raymond Wesley McCormick (Beverly) of Winnie, Texas, Myrtle Baker of Lumberton, Linda Meshell (Emmitt) of Winnie, Thelma "Tat" Goff (Ray) of Winnie and Velma McCormick of Winnie, Texas. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, family members, and a host of friends.
