He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert Moore and Reba Moore; his siblings, William Moore, Tom Moore and Margaret McAteer; his wife Marilyn Murphy Moore; his children, Jack Moore, Jr. (Carrie), Marla Moore Brown and Melissa Zalesak (John); his grandchildren, Ray Moore, Courtney Whitney (Jeff), Joshua Moore, Jonathan Goolsby (Morgan), Daryll Zalesak (Courtney), John-Erik Zalesak (Erin) and Brody Zalesak; and his great grandchildren, Tessa, Hazel Grace Goolsby, Peyton, Blair, Abigail Zalesak and Dawson Zalesak. He was also cherished by numerous other relatives and friends.
