He was predeceased by: his wife Linda June Gray Foster; his sons, Kirk Raidt and Greg Foster; his parents, George "Dub" Foster, Sr. of Washington and Tommie Jean Boren Foster; and his siblings, George Foster, Jr. of Washington, Timothy Wayne Foster, Mary Foster and Janette Davis.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Tucker (John) and Mark Raidt; his grandchildren, Kaci Shannon (Christian), Chase Raidt, Ashley Payne (Jordan) and Natalie Tucker; his great grandchildren, Emily Kat Luburich, Will Claiborne, Jett and Deisel Shannon; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Bell (Lloyd) and Troy Gray (Dianne). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
