It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis Eloise Vaughan (Liberty, Texas), born in Waldo, Arkansas, who passed away on January 19, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Hunter Williams and Edna Irene Chambliss Williams; her husband Bobby Ray Vaughan; her siblings, Marjorie Marie Belt and Charles Edward Williams; and her grandson William "Bill" Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Debra M. Moore (Butch) of Liberty, Teresa Ann LaFour (Sidney) of Liberty and Jesse Vaughan of Liberty; and her grandchildren, Richard Moore, Stephanie Neuman, Terrica Roberson and Trenton LaFour. She is also survived by three nieces and a nephew.
