He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Martin Peace and Bertha Elizabeth Cheney Peace; his wife Margie James Peace; his son Kenneth Peace of Liberty; his brothers, Martin Peace of Irving and Wayne Peace of Pasadena; and his son-in-law Bobby Kersh.

He is survived by: his daughter Glenda Kersh of Liberty; his grandchildren, Robert Kersh (Christina) of Hardin, Amanda Key (Josh) of Liberty and Jeannette Roy; and his great grandchildren, Kenny, Christiane, Travis and Taylor.
