Dusty was loved and cherished by many people including: daughters, Lanie Derosa and Lakyn Derosa; parents, Juan D. Licon (Maria A. Licon) and Paula K. Rakestraw (Keith); sisters, Megan Licon and River L. Licon; and grandparents, Maria S. Licon and Seferino S. Licon.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (1208 Meneley Rd, Winnie, TX 77665).
