He was predeceased by: his parents, Was Baldwin and Eldora Baldwin; and his siblings, Patricia Baldwin and Thomas Williams. He is survived by: his wife Debra A. Baldwin of Liberty; and his siblings, Wilford Williams (Agnes) of Houston and Doris Hudson (Leo) of Silsbee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
