He is survived by: his parents, Mark Rubio and Gloria Rubio; his son Carlos Rubio, Jr.; his close friend Patty Savala; his siblings, James Reyna (Genny), Orlando Rubio (Tiffany), Raymond Rubio (Diedra) and Emily Conner (Buddy); and also, Jade and Ruby. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
