She is survived by: her daughter Trusetta Walters-Easley; her son-in-law Louis Easley, Jr.; her grandchildren, Rhonda Walters Jones (Warren) and Andre Walters Sr. (Erica); and her sister Ellen Rita Verrette. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren; 4 great, great grandchildren.
