With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Loraine Dorcas Williams of Liberty Hill, Texas, who passed away on March 23, 2023 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Carl; her son Carl Ray; and her granddaughter Rachel. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Spencer Williams of Austin, Thomas G. Williams Jr. (Kim) of San Antonio, Jeff Williams of Liberty Hill, Mandy Winters (Chris) of Lake Worth, Jackie Williams (Chris) of Austin and Sinead Williams of Liberty Hill. She is also survived by six great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
