He was predeceased by: his parents, Saturino Perez and Elvira Perez; and his siblings, Oralia Rodriguez Perez and Hector Javier Perez. He is survived by: his wife Evangelina Perez; his sons, Gonzalo "Gonzo", Jose, Eleazar (Janet), Tony (Janie) and Edgar; his siblings, Bertha Alicia Perez, Dora Luz Perez, Maria Luisa Perez, Jose Luis Perez, Jesus Perez and David Perez; his grandchildren, Natalie (Heelie), Jose "Smokey", Mercedes, Jacinda, Antonio, Alexandra and Evelinda; and his great grandchildren, Aliyah, Samuel and Isaiah. He is also survived by numerous friends and extended family.
