He is survived by: his parents, Art Penney of Liberty City and June Penney of Liberty City; his significant other Jonna Craver of Liberty City; his sisters, Bonnie Penney Koechel (Greg) of Deer Park, Peggy Penney Mick (Mike) of Brenham and Terry Penney Land (Eric) of Tyler; his grandson Harlon Edwards; and his close friends, Colby Rabatin, Sara Rabatin, Zack Craver and Hether Craver The. He is also survived by nieces and nephew, Katie, T. J., April, Monica, Elizabeth, and Megan; several great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that memorials be made to the National Foundation for Transplants or the American Cancer Society.
