He is survived by: his wife Audrey Sipes of Liberty City; his children, Melynda Keenon (Gene) of Kilgore, Annette Anderson of Carthage, Lisa Barthelemy of Orange, Tanya Toler (Jimmy) of Tyler and Ted Jay Sipes of Mississippi; his son-in-law James Casey of Liberty City; his grandchildren, Whitney Sipes (Mason), Derek Anderson, Dakota Keenon (Cammie), Hunter Sipes (Brittany), Hayley Ramsey (Chris), Cassidy Keenon, Brittany Stevenson, Leah Barthelemy, Kassidy Weatherford, Gracie Casey, Baileigh Sipes, Blaine Ramsey, Landon Sipes and Austyn Sipes; his great grandchildren, Abigail Stevenson, Allison Stevenson, Ella Keenon, Keenon Ramsey and Keano Ramsey; and his siblings, Ronny Sipes of Milton, Kenneth Milam of Carthage, Sheila Edwards (Johnny) of Waskom, Terry Sipes (Terri) of Henderson, Wallace Sipes of Henderson, John Sipes (Sandra) of Ft.
