He was predeceased by: his children, Elton Wayne Woodall and Dianne Woodall Biggs; and his stepfather Benny Bishop. He is survived by: his spouse Mozell Maxwell; his grandchildren, Lisa Sanders of Kilgore, Kirstie Coon of Kilgore, Brant Biggs of Kilgore and Kyle Woodall of Kilgore; his great grandchildren, Austin Hopkins, Ashley Sanders, Kaylee Coon, Aspen Woodall, Garrett Woodall and Journey Glass; and his sister Flossie Mae Rabb of San Antonio. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
