He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Biggs and Estelle Biggs (Dianne Biggs); and his sisters, Barbara Stringer and Margaret Arnold. He is survived by: his nephew B. J.; his children, Lisa Biggs Sanders of Longview and Brant Biggs of Kilgore; his grandchild Ashley Sanders of Longview; his daughter-in-law Regina Glass of Mount Pleasant; his brother Rodney; and his siblings-in-law, Brenda Biggs of Kilgore and John DeLaughter of Kilgore. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and many friends.
