He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Oller and Maggie Oller; and his siblings, JoAnn Kirkpatrick, Glen Williamson and Eugene Oller.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Thompson Oller of Liberty City; his children, Daniel Terry Oller, Jr. of Ft. Worth and Leigh Oller Merritt (Rodney) of New London; his granddaughters, Ashleigh Bozeman of Liberty City and Hannah Merritt of New London; his great grandchild Silas Ostrander of Liberty City; and his sister Danita Utsman of Amarillo. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
