He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur James Penney Sr. and Margarete Ellen Penney; his son William Penney; and his siblings, Russell Penney, Charles T. Penney, Margaret Chadwick, Bertha Henderson and Irene Vinal.
He is survived by: his wife June Penney of Liberty City; his sisters, Margie Martin of Portland and Monica Moore of Dundee, Florida; his granddaughters, Katie, April, Monica, Elizabeth and Megan; and his nieces and nephews, Chris Leyda (Chris) of Washington State and Mike Henderson (Barbara) of Colorado. He is also survived by daughters and sons-in-law.
