It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Oscar Exner of Lexington, Texas, born in Lincoln, Texas, who passed away on December 19, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Exner and Agnes Exner (Lehman); his wife Norma Exner; his son Tim Exner; and his brothers, Monroe Exner, Martin Exner and Clarence Exner.
He is survived by: his sons, Rodney (Becky Exner) of Lexington and Mickey (Robin Exner) of Lexington; his daughter-in-law Lisa Exner of Manheim; his grandchildren, Brandon (Heather Exner), Dustin Exner of Lexington, Ashley (Ryan Priem) and Matthew Exner of Lexington; his great grandchildren, Bailey Exner of Pflugerville, Braden Exner of San Marcos, Karley Schulz of Lexington, Addison Priem of Llano, Jett Priem of Llano, Jagger Priem of Llano and Sadie Exner of Sugar Land; his brother Elton "Sonny" (Janice Exner) of Houston; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Exner of Giddings. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
