Kolacek of Eagle Lake, Carl Kolacek of Lexington, John Kolacek of Lexington and Stacie Kolacek of Shawnee, OK; her grandchildren, Avery Kolacek of Lexington, Izabella Kolacek of Giddings, Savannah Schlehuber of Harbor Springs, MI, Kaitlyn Stafford of Daytona Beach, FL and Natalee Norton of Shawnee, OK; and her siblings, Mollie Walker (Randy) of Columbus, Elaine Adams (Rusty) of Fredericksburg, Jenny Tumey (Terry) of San Marcos, Ray Rackley (Becky) of Odem and Wade Rackley of Lexington.
Memorials may be made to the St. Jude Children's Hospital, the Shriner's Children's Hospital, the First Christian Church in Lexington, or to the charity of one's choice.
