He is survived by: his parents, Jack Ruthven and Trink Ruthven; his wife Michelle; his daughter Isaura; his stepsons, Gunnar and Gage; his brother Scott; his sister-in-law Dena; and his grandchildren, Laramie, Spencer and Jamie. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
