Janice Menaul wrote a sympathy message

“I am grieving for my friend, Will. We served together at USAMMAPAC in Okinawa in 1972 and 1973. We played a lot of racquetball. He was very competitive, so it was a rare thing to get a win off him. He was smart and fun and had lots of interests. We talked a few times over the years and I failed to reach him, of course, in recent months. We had some laughs, for example, over Will's special assignment as designated typhoon team leader. I am shocked. I miss Will greatly. Robb Menaul”

Mary Sonnier wrote a sympathy message

“Guillermo shared many stories of love and admiration about his family. He loved his true friends deeply and would never think twice about saying 'I love you'. I will miss him dearly and look forward to a big hug and warm loving greeting next time I see him! His poems were filled with passion...so thankful to have known the depth of his soul. I can't express how sorry I am for you loss - His light will care on forever...on earth and in heaven.”
