She was predeceased by: her parents, J. J. Hopper and Lucy Nell Hopper; and her brother Joe Hopper. She is survived by: her children, Kade Rutherford and Brian Eggert (Melinda); her grandchildren, Chase Rutherford, Lauren Jones (Brad) and Holden Eggert; her great grandchildren, Kate and Ellie; her cousin Andrea Williams; and her niece Heidi McCall.
In lieu of flowers, the family is suggesting donations be made to the Cancer Research Institute (Donate to Cancer Immunotherapy Research - Cancer Research Institute).
