He was predeceased by: his father Elton. He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Randi, Jacob (Lindsay) and Jeremiah (Chelsea); his grandchildren, Katie, Jayden, Addelyn, Vivian and Ella; his mother Julia; and his siblings, Steve (Vicki), Terrie and Leta.
