He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia. He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his sons, Layne, Barrett and Stone; his father Joseph; his siblings, Michelle, Nichole, Dan and Rebecca; and his nephews, Johnathan, Justin, Jackson and Ben. He is also survived by his many friends, extended family.
