She is survived by: her husband Jack W. Sprabary; her daughter Kimberly Sprabary Mulford; her son-in-law Stephen Mulford; her daughter Kelley Sprabary Thompson; her son-in-law Robert Thompson; her grandchildren, Stephanie Mulford, Michael Mulford, Jack Thompson and Clayton Thompson; her sister Shirley Stewart Sprabary; and her nieces and nephews, Cindy Hillhouse Ballenger, Sherri Wood Jones, Lisa Champion Hargrove, Cheryl Stewart, Randy Sprabary, Tommy Wood, Jeffrey Stewart and Scott Stewart. She is also survived by great-great nieces and nephews along with many dear friends.
