We are sad to announce that on January 3, 2020, at the age of 62, James Lee Franklin (Lewisville, Texas), born in Norfolk, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brother Tom Fergerson; and his stepfather Royce Barton. He is survived by: his parents, Walter Edward Franklin and Alice Frances Barton; his brothers, Danny Franklin, Richard Fergerson and Jubal Fergerson; his sister-in-law Mary Ellen Franklin; and his nieces, Keri and Kristin.
