He is survived by: his parents, Melissa Jean Gordon and Johnathan Forester Cruz; his stepparents, Jason and Sarah Gordon; his grandparents, Richard, Penny Weant, Ken, Rosa Gordon and John Cruz; and his siblings, Morgan Cruz, Madison Gordon, Jacob Gordon, Derek and Maxwell Patton.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Anthony's name may be made to Operation Kindness in Carrollton, TX.
