He is survived by: his wife Celia Billalobos of Carrollton; his children, Joanna Billalobos of Carrollton, Miranda Billalobos, Gabriel Guerrero of Dallas and Sonia Barron of Lindale; and his brothers, George Fernandez (Jennifer) of Midland and Edward Fernandez (Priscilla Garza) of Evans, Colorado. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
